Season Begins!!

Well, the baseball season begins or our league tomorrow night. We are the Tar Hills. I hope it goes well. I have about 5 of 12 players that I feel confident that can hit and field the ball. Other than that, I have no clue.
Due to the weather, we have had only 3 practices on the field and one in the bating cage. From here it looks to be a mediocre season. I hope I am surprised. Pray for my little team. We will need all the divine help we can get.
I wonder if God cares about such things as baseball. Do you think so?

God really wants his children to be happy and enjoy life. Keith after what happen last year I know you are thrilled to be back. Encourage these kids to be the next John Smoltz. He will probaly retire in 2 or 3 years. Braves need someone to step up, might as well be one of yours. Love Ya

I agree with the "Greg on roids" as Randy put it.
Keith - have fun, try to teach some fundamentals, and if the kids learn something, you've done well.
Just the fact that some of those kids are seeing and experiencing a Christian witness for the first time in their lives makes them bigger winners than any lotto winner.

O.K., O.K., I love you guys but I must point out doctrinal error. God is a Florida State Seminole fan as well as a Florida Marlin fan.
I love you guys but sometimes we need “tough love.”

In regards to God being a baseball fan. Yes. Of course He is.
In regards to God being a Giants fan. I ask you this: who would the Bible seems to endorse? Goliath? Or the Angels?

Steve - I love you man but don't forget about the "fish" (Marlin?) that swallowed Jonah.
